Sales Specialist – Residential Renovations

Responsibilities:

• Generating new leads and building relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Selling residential renovations
• Scheduling appointments, visiting sites and conducting presentations
• Providing outstanding client service.
• Working with other team members to ensure quality of projects

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
• Proven success in sales and/or owning a business
• A background in residential construction including a full understanding of how homes are built
• The ability to determine renovation requirements including load baring walls, interpreting blueprints, etc.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer software
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check

If you have a solid background in residential construction, and would like to move to a Sales role, this could be the ideal position for you! With a strong commission structure, there is no limit to earning potential for a motivated residential construction specialist.

Base salary – $50k – $80k based on experience. With additional commissions, the average annual income can range from $60k – $130k or more. Full benefits are also provided.
