Diversified Staffing Services, Alberta's leading staffing agency is currently looking for a Junior Acquisition Specialist with experience in Real Estate.


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Acquisitions Specialist to join our real estate investment team. As a Junior Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring potential real estate investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting cold calls, analyzing property data, and assisting with administrative tasks to support our acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to property owners, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a database of leads and prospects.
  • Collecting and analyzing property data, including market trends, property values, and comparable sales.
  • Assisting in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Providing administrative support to the acquisitions team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to develop and implement acquisition strategies.
  • Staying informed about market conditions, industry trends, and regulations affecting real estate investment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Targets:

  • Cold Calling:
  • Make a minimum of 40 outbound cold calls per day.
  • Achieve a conversion rate of 5% from cold calls to qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and records of conversations.
  • Administrative Work:
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation for acquisitions.
  • Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in GSuite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment principles and practices is a plus.
  • Travel may be required – reliable means of transportation
