Food Production Worker

Description

Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable working with raw animal material (Chicken, Beef & Pork)
• Must be comfortable working with raw vegetables
• Must be comfortable to stand continuously for 8+ hours
• Work in a cold environment
• Must be comfortable working with both a face mask and a face shield at all times during shift
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. + in an 8hour shift
• Follow direction from the Supervisors
• Complete multiple tasks in a safe and efficient manner
• Have professional conduct on site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Live in Calgary or general area

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Bilingual in either Tagalog or Vietnamese
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have CSA Approved Steel Toe Boots
• Live in Calgary or greater area
• Having a vehicle is an asset
• Have strong communication skills
• Have professional demeanor and possess ability to problem solve
• Comprehend the English language as safety orientations are conducted in English
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
