Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking 2 Business Development Professionals. Our client specializes in commercial lending, and is hiring one individual in Calgary and one in Edmonton.

The Role:

• Dealing with Commercial Mortgage Brokers and Developers
• Generating leads and developing industry contacts
• Managing a Sales Plan to meet Portfolio goals
• Participating in Business Development and Community Activities
• Coordinating all Loan Applications and other Documentation related to projects

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development and Sales
• Proven Leadership, Negotiation and Relationship Building expertise
• Outstanding Communication and Organizational skills
• A background in Finance and/or Commercial Mortgages will be considered an asset
