In addition to our on site training through the Prove It system, Diversified Staffing Services Ltd. has developed a training program that is accessible through online learning. Together with our professional training partner, Bow Valley College, we have designed a full library of e-learning courses of interest to business professionals in a wide array of job capacities. Through Diversified's secure website, Diversified Staffing Services Ltd. employees will have a link to our own customized web-CT library at Bow Valley College. The requirement is internet access along with a personalized login and password to access the courses.

There are numerous benefits to the online learning program. Learners may access the library 24 hours per day, seven days per week for any length of time. The system features a learning management system that lets the user know which courses have been accessed and completed every time he/she logs on. The program is completely confidential and secure with password-protected access and helpdesk assistance available.
Learning can be client or employee driven, with either the client requesting that the employee access a particular course or the employee learning about a subject of special interest to him/her.
Bow Valley College - Customized Training
To further meet the training needs of our clients, Bow Valley College is also able to provide professionally facilitated and customized classroom training and workshops on any topic. The course content could supplement e-learning or cover new subject matter. These training sessions could be provided at either the client site or at the college with a minimum of ten participants.
