Temporary Industrial Labour
Diversified Industrial Labour Division was created to meet the needs of Alberta businesses. Our service department promptly provides quality people to do the job efficiently, at competitive rates in areas as diverse as construction, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and more.
Non-Core Payroll
Many companies utilize Diversified to compensate their non-core workforce components, which can include:
- Summer Students
- Co-op Students
- Re-hiring retired personnel
- Short-term project personnel
- Transition payroll
- Payrolling specific departments or components of a corporation (ie: mailroom, warehouse, etc)
- Trial period evaluation
Contractor Payables
This program aligns an accounts payable function with the payroll process to provide an accurate view of the entire non-core workforce costs.
In addition to consolidation of the non-core workforce costs, this program can also manage and ensure compliance with corporate polices around company status, insurance coverage, GST registration, etc. thereby minimizing risk to our client.
