Randy Ward, President
Growing an organization like Diversified Staffing Services Ltd. requires a visionary leader. Randy has been the driving force behind the growth and change in Diversified since its inception in 1978. Randy has always believed in quality, responsive service, knowing his market, and a longer-term belief in partnered organizations, whether they are clients or business partners. He has taken this belief one step further with the development of the PEO Division, liaising with NAPEO(a PEO association in the USA), to provide an international flavour to a distinctly Canadian company.
Sharon Rogers, Corporate Trainer
Sharon Rogers joined the Diversified Staffing Services team in 1994. Sharon was both a Recruiter and Manager of the Office Division until August 2005. Currently she is the Corporate Trainer, responsible for assessing training needs, developing and delivering training in all branches. Prior to joining Diversified Staffing Services Sharon worked with Human Resources Development Canada and the federal Public Service Commission. She has over 20 years experience in recruiting, training, career planning & job hunt coaching. Sharon believes a partnership with clients (internal and external) is essential to success. Sharon is committed to providing a supportive learning environment that participants find value and enjoyment.
Mike Cockrall, Edmonton Branch Manager
Mike worked his way up through our Industrial Division, serving as Industrial Services Manager from 1991 to 2003. In April 2003 he was promoted to the role of Edmonton Branch Manager. The scope of his duties include overseeing all aspects of business for the Edmonton branch including World Staffing Solutions (WSS), Financial Staffing Solutions (FSS), PEO Canada (PEO) and Diversified Staffing Services (DSS). Throughout his tenure he has demonstrated the ability to lead many large projects including numerous plant turnarounds and other special projects. Having lived in Edmonton his whole life he has a diverse group of friends and business contacts in the community.
Bill Leesman, Sales Manager
Bill has been a member of the Diversified Staffing team since 1999. Bill brings over twenty years of people managing and sales experience to Diversified. After growing up in Oregon, Bill has made Calgary home and has owned two local businesses and managed two others in the Calgary area. Beginning with an initial sales team of thirteen, Bill now works with a growing sales team in Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto, with sales growing from approximately $40 million to over $100 million. In 2005, Bill took over the management of the PEO sales team as well. Bill is also actively involved in the community, previously on several boards of Non-profit organizations and currently as Board member of Heritage Christian Academy.
Trevor Katelnikoff, Operations Manager
Trevor has been a member of the Diversified Staffing Services since 1991. During his time at Diversified Staffing Services, Trevor led the Industrial Division from 3 staff to 16, until 2005 when he moved into the role of Operations Manager. Through his tenure with Diversified Staffing Services, Trevor has a thorough understanding of customer service and believes in providing a quality product and extraordinary service to all of our customers. He ensures that the outstanding service provided by the Diversified Staffing Services and PEO Canada is backed by our leading edge Operations system. In addition, Trevor continues to lead the employee owned portion of the Diversified Staffing Services. He plays an important role in the connection between the employee owned portion of the company and the Diversified Staffing Services.
