Growing an organization like Diversified Staffing Services requires a visionary leader. Since founding the organization in 1978, Randy has fulfilled that role. As the driving force behind DSS’ growth and change, Randy believes in quality, responsive service, and knowing his market. He also believes in partnering with organizations, whether they are clients or business partners.

Today Randy remains an integral part of DSS and is a guiding force within the company. Randy’s passion for providing the absolute best service from day one has created the foundation and principles of DSS.
