Diversified Staffing Services is a major supplier of temporary office personnel to the Alberta business community. We have developed strong relationships within the community based on our ability to satisfy staffing requirements. In-house testing on all current software packages, we utilize this to verify our temporary employee's skills and we also offer this to our active client if they should require any software testing.
An in-house training centre. This centre utilizes the Prove It system and our on-line learning program through our training partner Bow Valley College. These training components allow Diversified Staffing Services to maintain a qualified pool of employees to satisfy our client's requirements. These resources are also available for client use with their own internal staff.
Customer site visits. We staff our Office Temporary division to a level that allows our Service Coordinators to visit our client's workplace. This provides us with a complete understanding of the client's work environment and ultimately increases the compatibility of our placements.
Leading edge software that tracks a client's staffing requirements, we can pull up your last order for a particular position and work from it rather than revisiting the complete process.
Complimentary usage reports with whichever content or as frequent as the client requires.

An Industry leading Temporary to Permanent program which does not have a fee to the client at the end of the trial period.
Temporary-to-Budget
An innovative cost saving program that reduces the mark-up significantly at the conclusion of the trial period.
External Staff Stability (Temporary Employees)
We go far beyond the industry norm in taking care of our temporary employees (see "What We Offer Our Employees"). This investment allows us to offer continuity of service so when a client requests the same temporary employee that was assigned previously more often than not we are able to comply.
