Qualified Personnel
Diversified Staffing Services' screens all personnel prior to placing on assignment. This process includes an interview, and reference checking. Photo identification or a S.I.N. card are also required at this time.
Comprehensive pre-employment testing
On-site employee management availability.
Group Time Slips
If required Diversified Staffing Services can customize a group time card for specific client use.
Pre Assignment Identification
Diversified Staffing Services can provide the names of all personnel scheduled to work an assignment prior to the 1st shift.
Temporary to Permanent
An Industry leading Temporary to Permanent program which does not have a fee to the client at the end of the trial period.
Temporary-to-Budget
An innovative cost saving program that reduces the mark-up significantly at the conclusion of the trial period.
Internal Staff Stability
We make every effort to provide a work environment conducive to a long-term professional career. This includes compensation, work environment, workload, working conditions, etc. This is our style, which benefits the client in that we are not always "training" internal staff, which is ultimately at the client's expense.
External Staff Stability (Temporary Employees)
We go far beyond the industry norm in taking care of our temporary employees (see "What We Offer Our Employees"). This investment allows us to offer continuity of service so when a client requests the same temporary employee that was assigned previously more often than not we are able to comply due to our labour pool stability.
